All About Healing Nature
This Is Me
Allow me to introduce myself. I am Sarah, a 30-year-old French traveler and spiritual seeker who has fallen in love with Brazil, its breathtaking landscapes, its joyful and heartwarming inhabitants, and the ancestral knowledge held by its native peoples – the "raizeiros," indigenous communities, and quilombolas.
Over the course of five years, I immersed myself in this country, delving deep into the history of the people who make Brazil such a rich and diverse country, their connection to themselves, family, the earth, their food, and God.
I also studied and experienced their traditional medicines extensively, including knowledge of plants from planting to harvesting, and medicine preparation in various forms such as teas, tinturas, garrafadas, florals, and more.

Since then, I decided to deeper my knowledge of health and medicine, that's why I embarked in a journey with naturopathy and transpersonal psychology's studies.

Alto Paraiso de Goias -
Chapada dos Veadeiros
My heart finds solace in the Chapada dos Veadeiros, a region nestled in the heart of Brazil renowned for its natural splendor and spiritual richness. Crystal-clear rivers, majestic mountains, and the profound importance of spirituality permeate this land.
There, I met many people who are deeply connected to God and the Earth, regardless of their origin (Turquia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Europe...). I worked on different projects related to agriculture, where techniques from agroforestry and biodynamics were used. I learned directly from Dona Flor, a famous Brazilian raizeira, doula, and parteira who has delivered over 300 children at home. She taught me everything from making sugar cane, tapioca, and turmeric powder to soap and medicines.

It was in Alto Paraiso, a place that holds a special place in my heart, that Healing Nature came to life. It was born from my encounters with the local inhabitants, friendships forged, serendipitous opportunities, and my deep desire to make a positive contribution to a region that has given me so much in terms of spiritual growth and human connections. Alto Paraíso represents the beginning of my spiritual awakening and reconnection with nature. I have formed strong emotional bonds there, which is why all my partners and suppliers are directly or indirectly linked to this region. They either reside there or are people I have met there during my journey.
Brazil - where spirituality is embodied
Let's now delve into the enchanting realm of Brazilian spirituality. Since the very beginning of my journey in this country, I have been enchanted by the strength of people faith and its manifestation in their daily life : resilience, generosity, openness of the heart, curiosity towards other cultures and beliefs … Brazilian seem to have reached a very light and joyful way to approach their spirituality. Even though more than 80% of Brazilian consider themselves as Christian, we can see everywhere how diverse and eclectic they are. For example, they incorporated spiritism from a French man, Alain Kardec and mix it easily with Christianism, including the knowledge of spirits into it.
Especially in Alto Paraiso and the all region, you can find dozens of temples and churches from different traditions, from Jeovah testimonies to evangelists, from Adventists to Spiritists and so much more. This is an aspect of this country that fascinate me until today. Shamanism was traditionally broad up from indigenous people all over the country, including the Amazon rainforest.
Nowadays, indigenous people being persecuted and witnessing their lands being destroyed by the government, they have been opening their tradition to people from other ethnicity and traditions, especially to white people. All around Brazil, indigenous people are gathering and organizing traditional ceremonies and also fairs, festivals, and gatherings to share their culture and their knowledge with the world. In the last years, they also have been coming more and more to Europe to share it their. There is a real wish from their part to spread their culture in order to preserve and protect it, but also to raise awareness about the crucial need to preserve the environment as a all, not only the Amazon rainforest.
